What if I received a damaged product?
We always try source for the best quality products for our customers. However, there are many factors that might have resulted your products to be damaged in the transit.
If you received a defective/damaged item, please kindly contact us by sending an email to [email protected]. Let us know your problem and please don’t forget to attach photos/videos which can clearly show the issue. We’ll send you a replacement one.
What is our refund policy?
We’ll gladly accept unworn and unwashed items on zerobinario.com for return within 10 days of the purchase on all full priced items. If you would like to return your order, please send an email to [email protected] and mark it as RETURN for instructions on how to proceed.

How do I place an order?

Yes, we are shipping to most countries worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on the item’s location, your location, and your shipping choice.
For U.S. orders, items will usually take about 2-4 Weeks to arrive.
Why did my order come in different packages?
Our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfillment centers across the U.S., with some fulfillment centers in other countries across the world.
U.S. customers usually receive their orders from shipments made domestically, while international customers will usually receive their order from our international fulfillment centers.
This means that orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually, and you may receive your items at different times.
If you do not receive all your purchases within 4 weeks, please contact us to look into your shipment or to refund your payments.
How do I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number after we process your order. Simply visit the carrier’s website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package. (We’ll send you all the info in the email.)

How do charges work?

Are there custom charges for international orders?
The value and shipping information is printed on a sticker on the outside of the package when your order is shipped. We will mark the package as a gift for our customers, but duties and taxes are calculated and charged by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control. As the importer of record, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and any other charges that your country chooses to impose for the import.
As charges are individually assessed by your country’s officials upon import, we are unable to provide an estimate on how much you may be charged for customs. Charges vary from cases to case. Instead, please try contacting the customs officials in your country to get a better idea of what the customs charges may be for your order.
Can I Cancel my order ?
You can Cancel or Change your order within 24 hours. A 5$ Fee will be applied.
